Dr. Blackford is originally from northeast Ohio and completed her undergraduate studies at Cleveland State University. She graduated from The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine in the spring of 2025 and joined the team at the Animal Hospital of Worthington as an associate veterinarian. Dr. Blackford's favorite areas of veterinary medicine include internal medicine, nutrition, and surgery.

In her free time, Dr. Blackford enjoys spending time outdoors with her two dogs, Ember and Ruth. She also has a sweet gray tabby cat named Maui.
