About Us

Our Story

OVER 40 YEARS OF SUPERIOR VETERINARY CARE

The Animal Hospital of Worthington was founded in 1976 by Dr. George Norris. Dr. Christine Kofron joined him in practice in 1979. The practice grew steadily over the years and became a three-doctor practice in 1992, and has been ever since. We have continued our growth and added a fourth full time doctor in June 2014. Throughout its growth the hospital has remained committed to Dr. Norris' original vision - providing excellent veterinary care along with superior client service.

AN AAHA ACCREDITED SMALL ANIMAL HOSPITAL

We are staffed by a highly motivated and competent team of veterinarians, technicians and customer service providers. We are committed to providing our clients with quality service and exceptional veterinary medical care. As a full-service small animal hospital specializing in canine and feline care, our facility is designed to provide routine and care for pets of all life stages.

We have been a member of AAHA since 1978 and revolutionized our service through an extensive remodeling project in 2005. Our main building (5756 North High Street) provides our general veterinary services including outpatient treatment.

Newly Remodeled Second Building

As of 2019, our second remodel is now complete! Both of our buildings are fully up and functional. Located right next to our main building, our second building (5758 North High Street) houses our canine rehabilitation, dentistry, surgery and radiology. We look forward to your next visit!
